Playing leaves a lot to be desired, but this meal was amazing. Salmon with Rufus Teague fish rub and some parmesean risotto.
Date night at home with no kids turned into the youngest coming back home. Oh well. At least I have some great food and drinks to get through it.

@Legume We had lunch there today. It was a spectacular as the last visit.
    Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Well, that was interesting. When we got home tonight there was a decent gathering in the street, including a cop car. Turns out about 20 minutes prior there were cows roaming the streets, taking out mailboxes and running into cars. 6 of them ran down between our house and our neighbor's house to the field behind us. Wish I would have got video of that. My neighbor did get a grainy pic from their front door of the offenders.

Need to take a look at my truck in the morning and see if there's any new dents.

Any cow that would run by your house is uneducated and deserves to be cooked on one of you brazillion devices.  I think you could fit a small one on the 2XL whole

Federer takes an easy opening set. Hope the match isn't a cakewalk for Roger. I'd like to see him at least break a sweat.

Lol not quite.  There is a Breaking Bad tour you can go on out there, but I’ve never done it.

I have heard that there’s an elderly couple who owns the house that was used as Walt’s in the show, and that they’ve had to remove more than a few boxes of pizza from their roof and are none too happy about it.

Grilled salmon and jasmine rice lunch at home. Cooked probably 1 min too long but still good!
