A good time was had by all. Baked brie w/chopped pecans and maple syrup. Pan fried potatoes and onions cooked in the wok on the MM. Butternut squash roasted in the wood oven. We had duck meatballs in chili lime chipotle sauce. I pan seared pintIail breasts in butter, garlic, and rosemary and served it with a port wine reduction. We also had bacon wrapped duck breasts seasoned with DP game on.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
