Picked these up at SAMs club. Going to use 1 for a beef stew and freeze the other. Smoke this afternoon, let them sit overnight to let the smoke flavor ramp up then cube one tomorrow for the stew. Pan underneath has red wine, beef base, and water to use in the stew.

Chuckie browning, veggies cooking, potatoes ready, everything in the pot. Beef stew from the Americas test kitchen cookbook, wife's fav. One chuck yielded 2lbs trimmed up.
