Smokey chipotle beans ... a warming side dish

A while ago I made some smokey bourbon baked beans. SWMBO suggested that to get them properly smokey, I should cook the dish in the Egg with some smoking chunks. Yep, she was right as usual. Smoked at 125C/250F for 3 hours over cherry.
