Smokey chipotle beans ... a warming side dish

A while ago I made some smokey bourbon baked beans. SWMBO suggested that to get them properly smokey, I should cook the dish in the Egg with some smoking chunks. Yep, she was right as usual. Smoked at 125C/250F for 3 hours over cherry.

    Cheers folks. Finished the last of it off on Friday with some brisket and short rib burgers, really tasty.

    Well @pgprescott .... you’d think ... however, SWMBO read this and viewed it as a call to arms. She’s now experimenting with a tamarind version of this dish. :) :) :)
