Sam Smith's is a great brewery, surprised you get it over there as it's not that easy to find here. They run good pubs too, their beer is perfect on draught and reasonably priced.MotownVol said:

2018 may ruin me. If it’s not bad enough I’ve spent myself silly buying cookery.... Now you “friends”have me learning to like bourbon.
But what a way to go...Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"
