    I sure am. I have to really be careful, because I used to give in to DTF way too much. Ended up morbidly obese. Was able to drop 80lbs though, and now I just control my DTF tendencies.

    Not me! I've gone 20 to 30 minutes without eating and as long as 12 hours with nothing BBQ'd. Now drinking is completely different, that I am addicted to.

    I cooked a whole packer, chunked up a good bit of the point for burnt ends and after a long FTC, put the whole packer in the fridge without slicing. Zero burnt ends left.  I'm not proud.

    The after-burn is just a bonus reminder of the most excellent banquet from the day/night before.
    Now if want to experience bit of a concentrated reminder; off-gas in a hot tub/spa and be ready when you get a bubble burst.  ;)
    I should apologize for the hard left-turn here-but it is Saturday.
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

    After you and Caliking left the B&B, Sandy and I got a lesson in gumbo from Ed the Chef, he taught us how to make gumbo, fixed us grilled oysters, and pecan pie! I hate you missed it...but there was only 1/2 sack of oysters.
