I’ve gotten a couple of messages from Facebook friends this morning informing me that they are going to throw on a “prime rib” in a little while and wanting to know what to do with it. Of course I’m thinking WTF is going through someone’s head when they buy a $60-$100 piece of meat for a special occasion with no clue as to what to do with it day of. Mind you these messages woke me up this morning. I respond to each one asking a couple of basic questions about what they have and a preferred smoke level and I get no response. Again WTF is wrong with people? I’ll help anyone out but being non responsive after waking me up is Bush League. This ain’t the Prime Rib Hot Line you know.
