I haven't moved into my house I built yet because home depot can't seem to get a countertop installed in less than 15 weeks. And the idiot drywallers hit a waterline in a wall so I had to cut a big piece out of my new wall and let the plumber fix it, so I can go patch that in now.

It has a completely different flavor profile than that of regular table salt or even sea salt. And a when milling it I find that it has a pleasant texture.
