Oak Smoked Gyros off the Mini

Used Alton Brown’s recipe for the lamb mixture for the most part... I added in fresh rosemary instead of dried, also a little extra crushed garlic. Then smoked the log on the Mini with some JD Whiskey Barrel wood. The smoke put the Gyros over the top!
Then, Mrs. Dyal’s Homemade Cinnamon Rolls with Butter Pecan Ice Cream for dessert... (I have no idea why this is in Italics, but I can’t get it unchecked for some reason)...
Merry Christmas, y’all.

That looks amazing. And, those cinnamon rolls had to be in italic, "used for emphasis."

What a great cook. Over here we call that Doner and is a vital component of the walk home from a night in the pub. The rotating meat is fondly known as "elephant leg", here - too.
Extra points to you for using naan, the habit here is to fill a heated pitta - which can be a bit like cardboard.
I see you have sliced in cross-section. It is sliced off in strips here - then for a bonus treat, given few seconds on the coals to crisp off.
I take mine with lemon juice and fresh salad. "Chilli" sauce is a frequent bedfellow too. I have no idea whats in it, but it safe to say that it retains substantial strength despite moving the full length of your digestive tract. If you know what I mean.
Other girls may try to take me away
But you know, it's by your side I will stay -
There is no way I could force myself to eat any of that and am curious how to managed too!!

Looks great! I love gyros, am always a little disappointed by the ones I get in this area in Greek restaurants. When I lived in Philly, years ago, the gyros they had at the Reading Terminal Market were SO GOOD! I gotta try making some myself. Yours looks great!

Impressive meal. Gyros and cinnamon rolls with ice cream is a home run!
Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.
