Every time. I found a cooking spray that is pure coconut oil.

if the grid is under 40 you shouldn't need toThe Dude: This is a very complicated case, Maude. You know, a lotta ins, lotta outs, lotta what-have-you's. And, uh, lotta strands to keep in my head, man. Lotta strands in old Duder's head. Luckily I'm adhering to a pretty strict, uh, drug regimen to keep my mind, you know, limber.Walter Sobchak: Nihilists! *uck me. Sometimes you just need a little to get things going. But after you’ve been smoking your meat for awhile, it starts to loosen up and the natural oils kick in."I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike

If you can’t oil it, don’t kill yourself over it.

Trust the oiling incentive to your partner-then if all else goes south, you have the personal option. Of course oil is overrated if you get past the initial start-up.

I oil all my proteins. Just like the insurance policy on fish when direct grilling. It's not the same as in a pan on the stove. (NB phrasing change to proteinDMW said:
