Roast possum stuffed with cabbage, carrots and rice. I'm sure someone can adapt this for some BGE delight.

I’d be happy to send you some better quality protein. I hate to think anyone needs to resort to eating roadkill. But I must admit it looks edible.Snellville, GA

Do you know how many UK students it takes to eat a possum?
Three
Two to watch for cars. -
Im from KY but no way I would eat possum oh that’s nasty to even think about

You just need some fancy wine to go with that."I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike

I've never had possum, might be good, but them critters are just so freakin' UGLY whenever I've seen them in car headlights or something, man I just don't want any part of one. I'm sorry, but I'll pass. I'd try rattlesnake before I'd eat possum.

Must have acquired that one from the possum shop as it appears too intact (absent the cavity) for any road-kill.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Did it come with the rice?"It's not the beard on the outside that counts, its the beard on the INSIDE."

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Pretty interesting to see the psychological aspects of how the animal looks and our perception of it when we decide whether we want to eat it or not. Cows aren't exactly attractive and they puke in their mouths and eat it. Chickens look pretty goofy. We eat lots of those. Then even the cute animals, like rabbits and frogs give some people the heeby jeebies because they don't want to eat such a cute critter. Oysters are delicious, but they really don't look very good. Plus they are bottom dwellers.
All that said, I am not craving possum, but I want a taste out of curiosity. A small taste
Bottom line. Funny what people will and won't eat.
Cheers y'all!

Can't eat the one that hangs at my place. Then I would have nothing to clean off my cooking grates on the eggs.
