Not really. Both are able to provide requested data in response to a warrant. Private email providers are not required to preserve data that is on their systems in perpetuity so many emails can automatically "age out" and be automatically deleted.pgprescott said:

An email provider has zero incentive to keep data that a user has deleted. It takes up space on spinning rust. Spinning rust is a cost center. Servers under regulation, whether a regulated industry (finance, pharma, etc) or gov must retain records for a specified period of time. Private email providers may not put the hard drives in a drill press to destroy the expunged data, but they do overwrite it to store new data as soon as they possibly can.pgprescott said:

Seems clear Kushner and others in Trump's West Wing used private email because he wanted some of his comms to be outside the official Presidential records. Clinton wanted hers to be free from a FOIA request. Really not all that different.
Where the emails were hosted is just a distinction without much of a difference in this case.

It’s extremely easy to vote here compared to anywhere in the world. I agree there is prejudice in the system for those of us who work, but it’s manageable with advanced planning. Of course if you consider properly identifying eligible legal voters , it’s only a bit more difficult.HeavyG said:

The NFL is the most profitable form of socialism in the world. Televison revenue sharing, government subsidized facility construction that the oligopoly profits from, all done under the myth of the greater good for all of us theory have turned me off to pro football. Oh and the NFL knew about the concussion issue long before CTE was named and the league attempted to cover it up.
I love the game and root for certain players but absolutely despise what the league has done to it. Cam Newton is great when he wins games and hands out footballs to kids but is an absolute weak example of a leader when he can't man up and face cameras after losing the super bowl and take responsibility. NFL owners arrogantly feel entitled to state of the art scoreboards at the expense of public education as in cininnati, or they want to retain corporate suite lease revenue in order to remain competitive.
Meanwhile spoiled brat millionaires, who exist under the blanket of the greatest, albeit not perfect, economic free market system in the world use their celebrity status to make a political statement have no idea what sacrifice, honor and integrity really mean.
The NFL is no longer about the game but rather all about image preservation, political correctness and audience expansion for the sake preserving, enhancing and discovering revenue streams.
