DP Mole Fajitas

I picked up some DP Mole a while ago and just hadn't found a groove with it yet. Tonight I hit some flap meat with it and let it sit for a few hours and it was fantastic.

Nothing special - rubbed it and let it sit in the fridge. Set it out for a little bit to take the chill off, dried the outside and hit with a little more rub. Really hot fire, flipped three times, short rest then cut against the grain. No idea on temps.1voyager said:Perfection. We use it for fajitas too. Actually works very well with chicken thigh in a skillet or blackstone for griddle style fajitasKeepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX

Been using the Mole on brisket lately and two top tens in the two contests we've done this year. Definitely grooves with beef. Thanks and cheers!
