DP Mole Fajitas

I picked up some DP Mole a while ago and just hadn't found a groove with it yet. Tonight I hit some flap meat with it and let it sit for a few hours and it was fantastic.

Nothing special - rubbed it and let it sit in the fridge. Set it out for a little bit to take the chill off, dried the outside and hit with a little more rub. We use it for fajitas too. Actually works very well with chicken thigh in a skillet or blackstone for griddle style fajitasKeepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX
