Gift from my butcher and friend

So this was a gift from my friend who is also a butcher. 

I rubber in Mickeys coffee rub made today. Excellent choice in my opinion. 

Wife made a de a red wine reduction sauce. 

We carmalized some onions. 

Blanched some garden carrots, beans, and peas. Then put them on some flame while the beef was resting. 

Oven backed some baby spuds. 

(Tenderloin river and set out for an hour. Egged indirect at 300 to 110. Rested for 10 and seared at 500 till 128. Rested for 10 while the veggies hit some flame.)
