Great outcome right there. Most eggcellent.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

That looks really tender. Nicely done.Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Best prime rib I have ever had came off the BGE.

Nicely done sir!“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”

Prime rib is one of my favorite cooks on the egg. Yours is fantastic. What amazing color - perfect doneness. Make me think it's been too long for me. Time for another one!

Hey, Focker, maybe you can pass Ron the recipe for those bomb azz deviled eggs that you cut with letting your dog chew them in two.
Hey, better idea. Guess cutting an egg is above your capabilities, you could just make egg salad out of it. You'd get Ron's seal of approval on that.
Happy camping!------------------------------
