Really like this but will need to replenish soon so checking if missing a good one. Like it best mixed with ketchup.

Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.

I love horse radish“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”

All I know about the premixed stuff is it is not nearly as potent as fresh grated.
I always pickup a small container of freshly grated at my local independent seafood market. I use it to make homemade cocktail sauce. -
Good cover of that fork mixed. Like much better than hot sauce now.milesvdustin said:Whats your ratio of mix, and what do you use it on?

My grandmother used to grow it, and would wait until a windy day to grate it outdoors, the fresh is powerful!GregW said:All I know about the premixed stuff is it is not nearly as potent as fresh grated.

There are a few brands you find in the refrigerated section that can be more potent from what I've found, but that Beaver is really good to my taste.THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER

My grandfather ground horseradish outdoors also. My Dad said Grandpa would tear up. As a kid, I always though my dad and uncles and male cousins were nuts. They'd spread 1/4" of fresh horseradish on a slice of ham, and chow down. Their faces would get all pink, tears would run out of their eyes, and they'd turn one to another and say "D!, that was good."

Big fan of Beaver, the Cream version is a family favourite. Crazy Horse (out at the moment) is another we like.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!
