It came across as superficial to me in the sense that the article couldn't really decide if it wanted to fully make fun of the BGE community or give it serious props for the tight-knit, kind-hearted atmosphere of the community. I mean, there were plenty of "jabs" but they were mostly backed away from. All in all, it just seemed hastily thrown together. Almost like filler.
