Wings!

My boys wanted something to kick off the weekend right, so what better way to do that then with some wings and beer.   I opted for some  Smoky Grilled Chicken Wings  and  some double basted buffalo wings.   The Smokies recipe is here:

The Buffalo were a mixture of Frank's Hot Sauce, Butter, Crushed Garlic and Penzey's Northwood Fire seasoning.

They marinated for 6 hours  and then were cooked at 350 for 25-30 minutes.




We paired them up with Rabbit Hole Brewery's  Off with their Red  IPA  and  Rapture Fusion Brown Ale.
