Came across this while in Stowe, Vermont. Too late to get any food, but still had to get a pic.
I cant believe the number of places that sell BBQ here, almost everywhere we have been had some type on the menu.

The que is pretty descent for restaurant stuff. But the views are the best.

There used to be a place close to me called Beetle's BBQ that had a similar cooker. I think it was mostly for show because I never saw it running it just sat in the parking lot. The Q wasn't great. It is called something else now and the Beetle cooker is gone so I think it is new owners. The food is much better these days.
Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -

Cold Hollow Cider Mill has some crazy good, fresh squeezed apple cider and apple cider donuts if you get a chance to stop by there. Stowe is beautiful. We spent a week at Trapp Family Lodge a few years ago.

Tasty indeed. One of our best days in Vermont was when we bought a guidebook to Vermont's covered bridges and set out to see and photograph as many as we could, enjoying the scenery and small communities along the way. We wound up seeing a couple of dozen covered bridges that day and put lots of miles on the rental car while seeing some beautiful towns we otherwise may not have visited. Good times. Small hike, some BBQ and finished off with a good 1000+ calories of Ben and Jerry's ice cream.
