Waterproof duffel (not a cooler)....let me know how you like it. Curious what you you fine folk will use it for. I get white water rafting. What other applications? ...I have no need for one that I know of yet. $300 -$400 depending on size.

I'd carry it around in my Yeti bucket...

You would put a $300 duffel in a $40 bucket?

In my mind coolers can have value if they actually hold temps longer. But dry bags are dry bags- they work or they don't. But who knows- maybe they have designed something new.

I have this 5 gallon bucket in use in my CC boat. Don't have to worry about somebody stealing it

I'd buy a $40 bucket. I have a couple several hundred dollar coolers. Put turkeys and **** in it.

That bucket would be perfect for brining. I think I will get 4."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber

@YukonRon Are you talking about the portable toilet or the Yeti?

Yeti, of course. RTIC makes the toilet."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber

Actually that bucket is pretty cool with that non skid bottom for boat use. A decent 25' center console is going to run you over a $100k. A $500 cooler and a few $40 buckets is nothing to that crowd. I keep my anchor rode in five gallon buckets and they slide around like crazy. I'm going to put this on my Christmas list so I don't get some crappy sweater from my relatives.
-
Man, it'd be almost impossible to glue 4 hunks of rubber onto a $2 bucket to hold your anchor rope.

-
Food grade - $4 at Lowes. But only white. :-(northGAcock said:
