There is just something about an indian in a cowboy hat. Love it.
@saluki2007, we don't need to know about your fetishes.

But I also find it amusing.

Yes it is. Apparently he actually keeps his cars in in when it's not full of butchering derelicts.

A few more pics of the end result.

    76 lbs of sausage:

    About 60lbs of cuts.

    Not pictured:
    - 13 lbs of bacon curing
    - 3 lbs of bacon ribs curing
    - 4 lbs of coppa (collar) curing
    - 13 lbs of Ukrainian sausage hot off the smoker in the Jacuzzi

AW/SS2 - less of a $hit$how, still a little bit of an A$$whip, but worth it.  Thanks for all the hard work @Foghorn, @caliking, @pigfisher,@20stonespice, Scotts and spawn.

Do you have more pictures of it? What material did you use for the walls?

The walls are "blue pine" 1x8 tongue in groove planking, which is pine killed by pine beetles, which gives the cool coloration.

The floor is epoxied, and the walls insulated. We also added a minisplit AC.

I'll toss up a pic in a bit

You came in with a cooler of beer, and made it out with a cooler of meat.  Sounds like it worked out.

Surprisingly, based on his choice of friends, Foghorn never ceases to amaze me with his good taste in beer.

Also, 20stone, how you fit in that 2002, I'll never know.

@Eggcelsior, I take what I can get.  If I didn't entice them with great beer I wouldn't have any friends at all...

Having many more hands on deck made a BIG difference.

I'm also stoked that we put my drum smoker to work. It hadn't seen any play for quite some time.

+1 on your McGiver job to affix the FlameBoss square fan to a round air vent. That thing ran like a top
