Been on a knife buying spree. Bought my first Japanese knife last week while over there. Nothing too special. Kai Seki Magoroku Damascus Petty Knife.

Upon arriving a security for my flight I realized I still had my pocket knife. So I surrendered it (threw it away).  It was a cheap free knife my father in law gave me. Nothing special. So I decided to order a new nice EDC. Got a Kershaw Speedsafe Ken Onion design.

@JohnnyTarheel I have only used it to open two amazon boxes thus far, but it feels good in the hand a love the quick trigger. Im debating whether or not to take the pocket clip off to make it a bit slimmer. I have never been one to clip my knife to my pocket.

Similar story....I went thru TSA back many years ago, and they found one of those plastic-handled locking blade knives.   Nothing fancy.  I loved it, and used it a lot, but I don't think it was very expensive.  TSA Agent Took it out, opened it and started measuring it.  I asked the cop, why are you measuring it, to see if you have to confiscate it or give it back?  He said no, measuring it to see if you go on your flight or go to jail.  I asked," how's it lookin'". He said if it's less than 4", your good to go.  I again asked how am I lookin'?   He said, its 3-7/8".  Enjoy your flight, but I'm keeping the knife.

We visited a citrus orchard in Mesa this morning.  They have a number of Peacocks running around on the property.  One of the males was all white ... never did get a clear answer as to whether it was an albino or simply white.  He seems to be doing all right with the ladies without the extra fancy dress though ... there were a couple of the peacocks with patches of white feathers.

Looks be birds but can't stand peacocks.  They make a loud annoying shrill sound a take huge $hit$ all over the place.   We have a handful living in our neighborhood.   #TargetPractice.

She said they lose their feathers in the fall for a few months, and it changes their habits, they really hunker down.

An albino would be cool, interesting creatures.

As @thetrim mentioned, their call is aggressive, and I stayed out of the line of fire when perched above. Lol

Just reloaded my lump supply.  Since when did Firecraft carry only Rockwood for lump?  Last time I ordered (February) I think they had a couple of options.

The hole is the right diameter.  Your legs are just to short.
