Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

Only one - and a bunch of folks smarter than me giving me advice on how to do things. With a project like this I'm CONSTANTLY doing something for the first time - that needs to be right. I've been a bit tense a few times. And the Forno Bravo instructions stink...thetrim said:SO are you as of yet able to answer the age old question, "Hoe many Aggies DOES it take to put together a wood fired oven?"Coleman, Texas

@CTMike Yes, it's a Forno Bravo Casa2G 90 kit. I actually bought it from Texas Oven Company in Austin. They have been very helpful in offering tips and advice for installation. If anyone near Austin is looking for a wood oven kit or custom installation give these folks a call.

Nice, I have been looking at buying the same kit. I'm in the process of building an outdoor kitchen and I am considering installing a WFO. Please continue to post pics as you complete your build.SciAggie said:@CTMike Yes, it's a Forno Bravo Casa2G 90 kit. I actually bought it from Texas Oven Company in Austin. @CTMike particularly if you get the same kit we need to talk on the phone. There are a few things I learned that are not mentioned anywhere that will make your life much easier.Coleman, Texas

Very cool project. I am always so impressed with some of the things that so many people here take on that I don't think I could even handle the first step on.=======================================

Awesome looking project. I thought I was doing well having bought two eggs in six months. You have me beat by a country mile.
I can't afford to have something like tis done and I don't have the skills myself. So I live virtually by looking at other people's projects.
