Decided to try something new with the chicken last night. I'll say that the wife and the 13 year old daughter both liked it.
My first time in my life making and eating couscous.... made Parmesan couscous that I topped with a grilled chicken breast that was injected with Cajun butter and seasoned with Cabela's yard bird rub. Grilled direct with the Guru blowing to 300 on the grate because I wanted too!!!
The estrogen-based units in the house have requested this for next week so I guess they liked tasting mine!

I'm a big fan of couscous. You can make it taste however you want it to taste. I like to add tony's to it during the boiling phase and give it a creole taste. Great with fish.Large and Small BGECentral, IL
