Boudin Stuffed Shrooms
DoubleEgger
Posts: 19,182
Cleaned and degilled some white mushrooms. Stuffed each mushroom will a small piece of pepper jack cheese and some boudin from Dons in Scott, LA. I "salt bae"d the shrooms with some Panko for good measure. 350F indirect for about 40 minutes. Thermopened the boudin for proper temp. Pretty tasty. Thanks for looking.
