SV-Prosciutto wrapped Chicken Breast Roulade

Found this recipe on Anova's site. I subbed sun dried tomatoes for roasted red peppers. It's chicken breast, pounded thin and filled with goat cheese, tomatoes and baby arugula before wrapping in Prosciutto. In the bath at 155 for 90 minutes before searing on the Egg. Mushroom rice and grilled squash sides.

Hey! I'm about about do my first sous vide and selected this same recipe. Prep was easy, but I completely forgot to add the roasted red peppers, too excited about buying the dang VS, I guess. I will start the SV bath shortly, glad to hear you liked it.

Nice! Great looking dish.
Looks like the prosciutto stuck just fine but in case you want to have a little fun with meat glue- the SV is the perfect environment for a quick activation when using meat glue. Bacon, prosciutto, etc bond like super glue to other proteins in a sv.
