16 lbs of pork butt, despite my noted issues earlier. Haven't pulled yet but looks and smells fantastic. No idea how that Clemson mug made it so prominently into shot.

I indulge in guac and chips only once a year and tonight is it. Time to reload.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

Nothing fancy here. Couple of butts. Ate some, foodsavered some and gave some to our son. No plated pics, but it was quite good.

48 wings in siracha, buffalo, and Thai chili with crumbled bleu cheese and 50 smoked potato skins. (The cook eats last sorry for the plating)
