Cooked a butterflied 3.5 inch poke chop with SV at 145 for an hour and 15. My much better half likes her Pork medium. In the pouch with S & P, garlic powder, fresh thyme and rosemary.

Seared the chop on the egg in CI pan with crushed garlic, rosemary and butter.

Best chop we've had in a good while. Cheers.

Ain't no shame in that game. That looks more like it's some hand churned peach ice cream on a hot summer night.
Dang it...I was trying to clear the freezer out but now I want pork chops."Brought to you by bourbon, bacon, and a series of questionable life decisions."

Looks delicious. Unfortunately I'm the only one in my house that likes pork chops. I got to get me a new family that eats like I do.Marshall in Beautiful Fruit Cove, FL.

Looks good - still not sold on the SV machines. I have perfected cooking chops using 2 different methods (grilled and CI sear/Oven) and don't see the value of the SV. But, whatever works for you.
