I've noticed that there's the regular upload link, here, on the vanilla BGE forum, but a new addition is the upload picture icon.
When you do the old thing, and attach a file, it doesn't show as a picture, embedded, but as a link posted below your text. So you must use the new upload icon - the picture, to upload it embedded to see, otherwise it will be a link that you're not forcing anyone to see.
This is a good addition, as you can post a "teaser" picture as just that. Then post your additional pics as files. The good thing to Vanilla is, they don't have to serve as much bandwidth, and to people on mobiles, they don't use as much data on their mobile plan.
So there you have it.

The only pain on the mobile for me are large file size pictures which take too long to load when not in a great reception area. Keep the file size down and embedded pictures are not a problem.

It appears that you don't need either icon. Simply drag and drop. You can also select multiple pics and drag/drop them as well. From my Mac anyway. I haven't tried from my mobile.

It appears to work, but the multiples load in reverse order. 500° should have loaded before 900°. Vanilla strikes again.I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

I suck at pics. Whenever I want to post a pic I use the attach file icon option, find the pic and load it up. Works for the low quality images I offer here. FWIW-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

I don't have a smart phone, but with our poor internet service in this area, i often have to give up viewing some pics because of slow downloads. My pics taken with minimum resolution have plenty of detail....I don't post pics here, ribs, butts and spatchcock chicken are familiar to all of us.
