That looks great. I have never tried peri peri sauce before but I would like to try it. I will look for this although I suspect it my be regional. Their restaurants are only in a few states.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Great stuff. I have been keeping the hot on hand. Great for making buffalo chicken for tacos too. I had never heard of it until this past summer when we went to a restaurant in Chicago. Now they are all over the city.Large and Small BGECentral, IL

Nando's is good stuff. I've tried a number of Peri Peri recipes, but always come back to the medium. Spatchcocked chicken slathered in Nando's is a favourite around our house.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!

Nando's Peri Peri Garlic Sauce is one of my favorite hot sauces. I go thru three or four bottles per month.“Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away.” ― Philip K. Diçk

I have a couple bottles of the Nandos Peri-Peri Extra Hot, and that is excellent as well. It is spicy, but not too spicy and has a lot of flavor. A lot of the extra hot sauces are just *ss burning acid, no flavor.

Thanks @epcotisbest , I found a bottle at the Commissary, bought but then forgot about it. Something to try this weekend!

Thanks everyone. This is good sauce. Gonna try the hot and garlic kind soon.

Do you brush the chicken with it after the it is grilled or as a finishing sauce before pulling?epcotisbest said:Made some wings with Peri Peri Sauce and really enjoyed them. The sauce has a nice flavor to it without being too hot. More flavor than heat, which I like. I also have a bottle of Nando's Peri Peri Garlic Sauce, but have not tried it yet. Only having a few wings at a time because I am cutting back and trying to watch portion size and carb count again.

I marinated the wings in the sauce before grilling, then poured more sauce on the wings once on the plate.dstearn said:

I just ordered a four pack off of Ebay. Thanks for the suggestion. It's always, always, always fun to try out new wing sauces.

I haven't thought of Nando's wings in ages. I'm going to have to make them again real soon. Here's how we did them. A little more involved than just saucing them, but we feel its worth it.
