Chicken Wings Stuffed with Dirty Rice

We were looking for something a little different for dinner tonight. I remembered seeing something around here about stuffed wings. I thought wings stuffed with dirty rice would be good.
De-boning the wings was a little challenging but it got easier as I went along.
Put on a little DP Bayou-ish. 400* raised direct.
Everyone was pretty happy with the results.
Next time I would probably get a gravy/sauce to go along with wings/rice. I was unsure about how much stuffing to put in so I tried a couple of variations. Everyone thought the ones with "a little bit less" stuffing were better than too much stuffing.

Never even thought of trying to stuff a wing. Looks good- bite sized, portable, a good ratio of chicken/stuffing. How would it have done with boneless thighs? Just thinking would be easier for those of us challenged by deboning.Greensboro, NC

Around here all the "boneless" thighs are also "skinless". I would still cut the bone out of the thighs so I can have the skin. But that is much easier than deboning a wing.smak
