Have to say I'm intrigued! I haven't made it beyond chocolate sauce and caramel sauce!

kind of glad there's only one thread for this throw down. The smacktalk flows better.

I made the egg rolls by hand from wheat flour extracted from yesterday's dinner rolls.  Not sure if I mentioned that.

Ok, here is my "screw you with your rules, reductions, sous vide, repurposing ****" leftover entry.

For or your viewing and disqualifying pleasure, I give you:

RF warmed duet of chopped turkey with a two-way gluten-free stuffing, suffused with organ-infused gravy, topped with two pasture raised eggs partially and gently denatured in domestic butter.

    ...and a fork

My feeble attempt to play.....This would be the classic Prime Rib French Dip, served on a large dinner roll....with au jus and horseradish sauce on the side. And just for Arlo.....a pickle.
....can't take down you big boys on this one....as ashamed as I am to say so.....I got to throw my vote to Jason.

I love Thanksgiving food, but after just a couple meals of leftovers I'm tired of it.  Putting the remaining turkey into green chile stew gives it a kick and just what the doctor ordered.

The Ingredients:  (the cumin and oregano were late to the photo shoot)

    Simmering away:

Final plating, with cilantro and turkey skin garnish, and flour tortillas.
I usually take the skin off before adding stuff to stews/soups, as it gets flabby.  I got the idea to steal a "tortilla soup" technique, and add the crispy skin to the top as a garnish, that worked pretty well!  I also got the idea to "fully crisp" the removed skin over a gas burner on my stove, that wasn't such a good idea as more fat rendered and I have a mess to clean up.

I'm disqualified as I didn't use my Egg (gues that's how I should've crisped the skin!) but it was tasty and a nice way to shake up leftovers.  My eyes were tearing, my nose was running, and ears were ringing, good hot chile!

Well folks, it looks like we ended up in a tie. 12 likes each for @theyolksonyou and @Gunnar. Both outstanding and innovative cooks. Thanks to everyone who participated including @JohnInCarolina 's killer egg rolls.

I was deciding on a way to break the tie and came to the conclusion that I'll send both of you a $20 gift card.

@Gunnar Let's connect via PM. I know how to find you Jason @theyolksonyou
