Only because I can be the first entry if I finish this fast enough: No expectation of winning.
Full disclosure, I did not know this thread existed when I posted this in another thread. As long as I do not want to lose to a fork and empty plate, I will be fine.
Went to the coop and got eggs:
Cut it up some leftover turkey:
And made this: not the best presentation, but it was delicious!

I got some insanely rich stock from not only the smoked carcass, but the fried one as well.. Splurged for some heirloom turkeys this year, and man they were fatty and rich.. only thing is.. stock doesn't serve me well on the egg!-FATC1TY

Cooking the two racks of ribs harvested in the carving of the prime rib, with some leftovers low and slow in a pan with au jus.
Slow roasting stewed tomatoes with baguette bread crumbs and oregano, blue cheese and au jus, mashed potatoes with gravy from the drippings of the original cook.

Great move to save the bones-beef back ribs will turn out most eggcellent. I would offer that next time give one a go w/o au jus. Great flavor profile for sure. Have fun with the cook and eats.
I go between beef back and shorties as the rib of the month-currently on a back rib kick and enjoying every cook with them.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Here we go gents. Thanksgiving egg rolls. Turkey, sausage stuffing, and honey Dijon, wrapped in an egg roll and deep fried in peanut oil on the BGE. Gravy and cranberry sauce for dipping, with leftover sweet potato and grilled veggies (with maple syrup dressing) for sides.
I know the rules say only three pics, but rules are made to be broken. If you ain't first you're last!!!

@JohnInCarolina - I get the cook and the trademark infringed Diamond Plate (@Mattman3969) but no pics of the BGE in action??

They were for sure cooked in an oil bath on the Egg. Good thing, too, as I had some flare ups.lousubcap said:@JohnInCarolina - I get the cook and the trademark infringed Diamond Plate (@Mattman3969) but no pics of the BGE in action??

Hall-pass then (like my opinion matters) -serious quantity of hot cooking oil on a BGE makes for definite focus. Of course, " No balls, no blue chips!"
And I'm still confused about the boiling water deal

prime rib, golden mashed potatoes, with gravy made from the drippings, stewed tomatoes with bleu cheese, au jus, and sautéed sweet onions, with biscuits. Also, we repurchased the ribs, to "fall off the bone" tender.
The beef was served with Garlic Aoli.

Turkey, dressing, mashed taters and giblet gravy inside empanadas with cranberry relish, balsamic and red pepper flakes sauce. -
The aforementioned ribs. Which were demolished immediately. Some reason this forum will not allow two pictures of awesomeness on the same post. I HAD TO DO TWO! Extra points for drinking through the entire process watching football too.
