If so the rest are losers.  No love here for fish/seafood in my time.  I'll keep posting it as should you.  You remain a mentor.

Looks fantastic. How are the bones? I don't cook whole fish often because I'm annoyed with picking out bones

Great cook and nice plating. We love whole fish but don't cook them enough, usually end up steaming fillets.

Nice cook! The head is  the best part of the fish.

Stuff it with l'il Smokies and wrap that bad boy in a bacon weave and you would have 800 likes by now

    1000+ with Velveeta...

Perhaps if I'd hung it  in Creshaw's basement for a year

  • If I ever put an entire fish on a plate like that, my wife would have nightmares for a week. Those pictures remind me of the time I caught some trout up at Alpine Lake by Crater Lake first thing in the morning, cleaned them, and BBQ for breakfast. Have never been able to enjoy trout again after having it so fresh.

That looks like like it was really really good!
Just bought an Egg?  Here is what you get to look forward to now:

Plate Setter, FlameBoss 200, Spider, PSWOO-CI, Additional Rig Shelf for dome cooking, Thermapen, iGrill2, Cast Iron, Blackstone, Cooking Accessories for the Blackstone, Cover for the Egg and the Blackstone, shopping for Rub like a fine wine or IPA, and a new fascination with lump and what brand is the best-all to be debated every Friday Night.  Next desires-Joetisceriie, Adjustable Rig, Grillmates, table and more eggs

No it's Luca Branzino and Vito Barzini. Barzini's a pimp.

I agree, the best fish I ever ate was right out of a lake and into a pan over fire,  near the Enchantments in WA state.
