Thai chili spatch turned out really good.

Used a Weber brand Thai chili rub and cooked indirect at 375 to internal temp of 170. Very juicy, moist and a bit spicy. Served with roasted veggies and fresh sliced tomatoes. I think the color on the spatch turned out really good.

I think it is worth the price of admission, but was a bit spicy for both myself and my wife. Very flavorful rub and I will use it again. I have some rubs I have used once and either given away or tossed to make sure I don't forget and use again. This one is a keeper, but will be used infrequently.

I did another one just like this but used less of the Thai chili rub and it was better. Sometimes less is more I guess. No need for pics or another thread, but if you use this rub, less works well, not overpowering.

Thank you for also noticing the beautifully seasoned, grilled-to-perfection bird, that, by the way had great color and crispy skin, served with delicious roasted veggies and freshly-sliced right from the garden big, juicy tomatoes.

That looks awesome good! Love the Forks for the Veggies since they are hard to eat with fingers. Might have to try that stuff myself!

Looks so good! Was the 375 grate temp or dome?

375 dome temp. I just usually drop the probe into the daisy wheel opening.
