Roll Call for Texas Eggfest this weekend

I won't be attending either 

That's half of a breakfast of champions-only thing missing are the chocolate chip cookies.    Glad all survived the weather.  Game on for sure.

Good times, Matt! Great to meet you as well. Wish I got  to try that prime rib you did but it was devoured in minutes. By the time I got there there was 8 oz of fat and some juice in a pan. That thing was gone like a puff of smoke.

We were so slammed we didn't look up for 5 hours straight. Served 700 and could have served 300 more. Insanely busy. 

Have no idea who who won anything.  We took off before the vote. Passed out as soon as we got home and didn't  wake up until this morning. 

It it was a good fest for sure. Not as chummy as some of the others but busy, very well attended, and some serious cooks. 

Last I heard, they had sold over 2000 taster tickets.  That's a record breaker for this fest.  It was CRAZY BUSY, but so much fun!!

Congrats to @eggobsessed for taking 3rd and I believe a new MiniMax as part of the deal. 

Thanks so much, @Cen-Tex_Smoker!  We were so thrilled!  We had a great group of friends that helped us pull it off.  We couldn't have done it without them.  I was "inches" away from buying another MiniMax, since I love the one we already have so much, so this win was extra exciting!  P.S.  Your "Tiger Cry Chicken Lettuce Wraps" were really great!  So glad my sister brought some to me.
