Costco Louisville - prime whole tenderloin on sale

Completely trimmed, ready to go on the grill, Prime tenderloin, $20.00 off per package.Was going to get brisket for the weekend, but saw this and decidd to take a step back.

    If you haven't tried Adam Perry Lang's tenderloin recipe you need to at some point.  Mind blowing.  I think @JohnInCarolina has a great post about it.  I tried at Christmas and it was the best I've had.

    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

    I was in Costco in Orlando yesterday and looked at there already cut prime tenderloin. To my amazement they had the "blade tenderized must cook to 160 degrees " label on them. I cannot for the life of me why you would blade tenderize prime tenderloin.

    I swung by my local Costco.  Definitely not on sale here. Full price is a punch in the gut. lol.  Maybe next time...

    You have to get the untrimmed stuff in cryovac. It's not.

    They had the prime trimmed tenderloin for $20 off at my Costco. It's still $100..Just couldn't pull the trigger on it
