If you haven't tried Adam Perry Lang's tenderloin recipe you need to at some point. Mind blowing. I think @JohnInCarolina has a great post about it. I tried at Christmas and it was the best I've had.THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER -

I was in Costco in Orlando yesterday and looked at there already cut prime tenderloin. To my amazement they had the "blade tenderized must cook to 160 degrees " label on them. They blade tenderize everything in there. That's the one problem with their meat. Look at the prime ribeyes, they are blade tenderized.NonaScott said:

They had the prime trimmed tenderloin for $20 off at my Costco. It's still $100..Just couldn't pull the trigger on itAugusta, GA
