Ribeyes for my Birthday

turned the big 4-0. Just took a day off and had a "lazy day". Decided to cook a couple ribeyes for supper. No plated pics (sorry). Just went with some sweet potatoes with raging river rub, cheddar cheese, and yogurt. Not too shabby.

Thats a weber sear grate. Its a little 13" grate. I bought one (at @sgh 's advice) for my small egg. It fits right between the handles on the small woo. Then I got anotger one to use down on my spider in my large. I like it a lot. If Im cooking indirect I just lay a ceramic stone on top of it then cook on my regular grid on top of my woo. Then i can pull the woo and grab the stone with a pair of channel locs and I'm ready to sear on a hot grate.
