Had some friends over so we cooked up 6lbs of shrimp and some steaks.  Shrimp marinated in  soy-sauce Ponsou and a splash of sesame oil.  They were cooked at 550 for about 1 min a side.  Steaks were done at the same temp, seasoned simply with salt and pepper.  I flipped them every minute until they were 120 degrees then pulled them to rest while I cooked the shrimp . Served with fried rice and an Asian broccoli salad, which I forgot to take a photo of.  All and all it was a good meal.  This is the second time I've done shrimp on the egg and the trick is not to over cook them, they can go from perfect to rubber in a few seconds.
