Beef tenderloin, Burgundy mushrooms, twice baked potato and asparagus. Tenderloin cooked @ 235 then seared to 120 IT. I could have made a meal out of the shrooms alone. Not the best picture but the best meal.

They are common at our Wally World like 3 for $1.99 during the summer and $.99 at close out at the "end of the grilling season" - you know after Labor Day all grilling is over until the 4th of July - unless you are a maverick and start grilling in May on Memorial Day!
