Very nicely done. Strong work on the rolls as well. How did you do the ham? I am copying @The Cen-Tex Smoker on one that was finished via wifi, and I have not tasted, and I'm already planning the next one(now only 16 stone)

@20stone I did it naked. Just threw it in at 350 with pecan in for smoke and let it go till it was 135 internal. It rose to 143 or so and was PERFECT.
