Seafood Night

The wife and I had a serious seafood jones, so shrimp and scallops were in order. Dusted the scallops with DP Tsunami Spin, and lightly marinaded the shrimp with Goya Mojo. Started the cook with with asparagus, followed by the shrimp and scallops. Finished the meal with grilled pineapple slices dusted with DP Pineapple Head. It was a most satisfying meal.

Right on the grate, raised direct at 450. I'm always scared to death of overcooking scallops. These came out excellent.
