I chose to light my egg and cook a meal for my family.
With loaded baked potato and a wedge salad with homemade bacon. Not a photographer, sorry. We ate well!

Both of mine are out of the house.....and we are enjoying it immensely. Did get some good time with them however over the holidays.

Man that looks perfect! Steak looks cooked to perfection with resting butter, a fully loaded spud, great looking salad, and I am assuming at the top of that stem there is a glass of red wine.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

@buzzvol, thank you! The dome temp was 400 degrees. Cast iron went on with potatoes. At one hour in the filets went on. 4 minutes then turned and cooked to IT of 125. I was shooting for 120 but missed it. You don't get a hard sear at that temp like you do stovetop as you can see but it's decent. Steaks were on probably 14 minutes.Sandy Springs & Dawsonville Ga
