Roll call for who is bringing an egg and what size?I will for sure bring our that we call Lucky because we won her at the Sunshine State Eggfest and I'm thinking of bringing one of our large eggs but that is more of a PITA! If I do end up bringing a large it will be easy to cool down for travel at the end of the day because I can just lift out my Kick Ash Basket with all the burning lump, pull out the fire ring and fire box and leave it open and it will be ready to load up in the car in no time. Hard to believe we are 5 months out and I'm figuring out all the logistics of the weekend!
I'm only hungry when I'm awake!

Unless I get buffaloed like @SGH did for Brisket Camp II, I will be bringing my KJ Jr. and my King Kooker fryer. I'm thinking I'll smoke a pork butt overnight Friday night and make pulled pork egg rolls on Saturday. If anyone else wants to fry something, there will be room in the fryer.They/Them
