Probably a dumb question but I see all the posts about it from time to time and I am just curious. Is it a private event or a class or what?
It's definitely not a class, but you will learn a lot about life.
    It's not a class...It's an education!

I wouldn't know my ass from my elbow when it comes to brisket.... I need camp bad lol
If you organize one in Florida, some of the Brisket Gods will show up. There will be someone there to cook brisket. Heck it don't even have to be "brisket" camp. It can be any kind of gathering that you want. I have been considering organizing one in the Biloxi/Gulfport area. I'm going to mention it brother Reed and see if he wil be one of the guest cooks along with a few of the forum greats. I been throwing around the idea of me and Nola doing a seafood blow out while brother Reed and some of of the forum members cook Q.
    I'm in!!

You were missed, but I understand, us working stiffs have to go to where the money is, we don't get the handouts others do.
Sadly the above is the case.

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

The greatest barrier against all wisdom, the stronghold against knowledge itself, is the single thought, in ones mind, that they already have it all figured out.
