I subbed out all of the low/no-fat ingredients with regular fat because, quite frankly, that's how I roll. We're trying to watch our carbs which is the reason for the spaghetti squash but that's where it stops. The way I look at it is less carbs on the plate and more in my glass(beer). Everything in moderation, including moderation. I had too much sauce for the amount of SS so next time I won't put as much sauce in so it's less soupy. Other than that, I was a good sub for Mac-n-cheese.Charlotte, NC
