Seafood paella and pardon peppers with prosciutto as a pre-dinner tapas (not pictured, got too busy). I know, I crowded the pan with a lot of seafood, but it sure was good.

They are out of a big container near the olives in open buckets. Buy as many as I want, usually 1/2 lb last for a great meal. I get them in a Meditterean grocery store here in Melboouring Fl. Little pricey for peppers but they are next to the Greek olives. Try a Italian grocery store if there is one near you. Nice and mild and sweet.CPARKTX said:Thanks @Richard Fl Are the peppedew fresh or canned? Need to try that.
